Good News/Bad News: SNL on Yahoo

Yahoo to Buy Rights to SNL Archive

The good news: Yahoo have acquired the rights to air Saturday Night Live from 1975 to 2012.
The bad news: Once it happens, both Netflix and Hulu will discontinue airing SNL repeats.

My reaction:

Wild and Crazy Guy now First-Time Dad

Congrats to Steve Martin.

Chris Kattan as Bane

Only thing missing is the Latino accent.

Some Sandler to Tide You Over

Couldn't wait until That's My Boy hit's theaters tomorrow, well here's some classic Sandler to tide you over until then. Just fast forward to the 1:11 mark, and that's where the video officially begins.

On the bright side, I'm looking forward to Andy and Adam's forthcoming movie, That's My Boy, coming out on 6/15/2012.

A Letter to Shawn Pelton

06/04/2012

Dear Shawn,

I didn't forget your birthday a few days ago, it's just that it was a very busy day for me. I hope that you got what you wanted for your birthday, even if the New York Mets FINALLY executed a no-hitter for the first time in the team's history, that is if you're a baseball fan.

I cannot wait until September or October when Saturday Night Live returns from it's Summer hiatus. By that time, you will begin your 21st year with the SNL Band. Since you joined 2 decades ago, a lot has happened that's too much for me to write down, but you've seen it happen.

Have a wonderful, albeit belated, birthday. And I cannot wait until the Fall for the aforementioned show's return.

Signed,
Callie
